Today’s #pictureeveryday shows a side mothers with lactation or nutrition struggles will recognize: the supplements. First of all, good nutrition can be essential to breastfeeding and producing enough. Then there’s the blessed thistle and fenugreek supplement. Calcium and vitamin D. Omega 3 and fish oil. And then 5-htp. And Claritin for the allergies I’m constantly battling. Several times a day.
